Menu Plan Monday

So with school starting and me thinking about getting a job, I have decided to try and start meal planning to make the evenings easier. So here ya go my first attempt, we will see if it all works out.

Monday-Spaghetti with Salad and Garlic Bread

Tuesday- Roasted Chicken with Steamed Broccoli and Corn

Wednesday- Nachos-Meat, Bean and Cheese

Thursday-Steaks with Baked Potatoes

Friday- Soft Tacos with Rice and Beans

Saturday- Sandwiches (I have to work)

Sunday-Whatever hubby cooks LOL!

A converstation my 4 year old and I had the other day.

Cristian: Mommy do you want some ice cream?

Me: No thank you, I am on a diet and I can't eat ice cream.

Cristian: Why are you on a diet mommy?

Me: Well I want to loose some weight, mommy is kind of fat.

Cristian: Mommy you are not fat, you are just right.

Oh how I love my babies and the things they say to me.
