Yep, that's right I am going to start Shredding. I have seen so many people say that Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred really does work and I have been wanting it for awhile now, so I went and bought it today. I will try and keep everyone posted on my progress and how I feel about it, I plan to start Monday February 1st. I do have a question for those of you who have done it, what size hand weights do you use?

hi, I saw your post on having a sweet tooth but didn't know who to reply so went here....Sugar is hard to beat, it's kind of like a drug you have to get out of your system...when i cut down on the sweets or cut them out i find that less sweeter things satisfy me and if i start out eating sugary good things earlier in the day then i crave them for the rest of the day...you know eat something salty then balance it out with sweet...endless cycle lol good luck!
